We have been busy developing a test protocol that every Bamboosero frame must pass before being released for service. We sent a sample frame to EFBe in Germany and were able to pass the Standard Performance Out-of-saddle test for overall fatigue. It survived 100,000 cycles at 950 newtons. We’ll send more frames as they become available.
We have created a proprietary stress test that every frame must withstand before being shipped to the end user. The test simulates a front end crash scenario to ensure there are no hidden flaws that would make the frame dangerous.
